Yesterday Saule Voluckyte, www.familyofficeinlondon.com, LCCUK Investor Relations, had a great pleasure to attend XII Argentinian Business Networking Day by BACC – British Argentine Chamber of Commerce and hosted at the Argentine Ambassador’s residence in London.
Charge d’ Affaires Mariana Plaza, Alfredo Fierro, MBE, Director of Trade and Investments at British Embassy in Argentina and Javier Alvarez, Chairman of The British Argentine Chamber of Commerce provided a compelling macroeconomic and political overview of Argentina.
If there’s one message to be shared after this highly successful event is that Argentina is open for business and investments.
There were three further comprehensive panels that focused on:
– Argentina’s economic outlook for business;
– Outlined Argentine’s business and trade opportunities;
– Solutions in global energy solutions and made a strong case for global Lithium supply.
Keynote speakers outlined Argentina’s membership for OECD and what it means for international business and investors as well as the local business community.
The most fascinating question asked during the networking sessions:
How Lithuanian and Argentine businesses can work together?
The answer is: TECH.
